These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase from Island Girl via our online shop at islandgirl.shopinthebio.com, accessible through the Shop tab on our website (officialislandgirl.com) and linked in our Instagram bio, or via Instagram/WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About This Sale

Island Girl is closing and this is our final archive sale. All items are sold as part of a limited, one-time clearance of remaining stock — once sold out, items will not be restocked.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Since much of this stock is limited or one-off, small variations in colour or finish may occur and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to update pricing or remove items from the sale at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Final-sale prices are discounted and are not eligible for further price adjustments, matching, or additional discount codes.

4. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed through our online shop at islandgirl.shopinthebio.com, hosted via Shop in the Bio, accessible via the Shop tab on officialislandgirl.com, our Instagram bio, or confirmed directly via Instagram/WhatsApp message.
• Creating an account on our online shop is optional and only used to make checkout and order tracking easier.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been received — adding an item to your bag, or a DM expressing interest, does not reserve it.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if an item sells out before payment is completed).

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout in our online shop, or shared directly via WhatsApp if ordering that way (e.g. bank transfer, card payment). Full payment is required before an order is shipped or handed over.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Sri Lanka only, island-wide.
• Delivery takes 2–5 working days from the day your order is confirmed and paid. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly by location.
• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location; if ordering via WhatsApp, we’ll confirm the shipping cost with you directly.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal service issues outside our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please see our Return Policy page. To report a damaged or incorrect item, message us on WhatsApp at +94 76 995 1504 within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Girl is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your purchase or use of our products.

9. Changes to These Terms

As this is a limited-time final sale, these terms may be updated as needed. The most recent version posted will apply.
